Our portfolio includes properties leased by large, stable corporations, such as Jeronimo Martins, Rossmann, Pepco and KFC. We are also interested in purchasing properties with lessees or such rental potential. In addition, we are looking for partners for joint projects that allow us to safely invest in other areas of commercial real estate.

Maciej Kłodziński, President and owner
Born on 1978 in Krakow. A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow. Member of the Management Board of the Krakow Entrepreneurship Club. He has over 16 years of experience in real estate, he worked in managerial positions, among others, at Grupa Lotos, Tesco Polska, and for the last 10 years he has been working for Jeronimo Martins Polska. He has been involved in more than 150 transactions of purchase or lease of commercial real estate.
